1. Overview
Realized Wonder LLC (“Realized Wonder,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit our website at realizedwonder.com (the “Site”) or use the software products and services we develop and offer (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy applies to all of our Services. Where a specific software product has additional or different privacy practices, those practices will be disclosed within the product itself and will govern with respect to that product.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Account information. When you create an account with one of our software products, we collect your email address, a username, a display name, and any profile details you choose to add (such as a profile photo or short biography).
- Product input data. Certain products require you to provide personal input to function — for example, your full name and date, time, and place of birth for products that perform calculations based on that data. This information is used to perform the calculations you requested and to store the results for your use.
- Communications. When you contact us, we receive the information you provide in your message, including your name and email address.
2.2 Information generated by your use
- Computed results. When a product performs calculations based on your input, the results are stored so you can view them and so the product can function across sessions.
- Social and messaging data. For products that include social or messaging features, we process the connections you make and the messages you send and receive, along with presence information such as when you were last active.
- Device and notification information. We collect device identifiers and push notification tokens needed to deliver notifications to your device, along with basic platform information (such as iOS or Android).
2.3 Information collected automatically
- Usage and technical data. We may collect limited technical information such as device type, operating system version, and app version. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs that track you across other apps or websites.
- Website data. When you visit this Site, our hosting provider may record basic server logs (such as IP address and request timestamps) for security and operational purposes.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our Services;
- Perform the calculations and functions you request;
- Create and manage your account and authenticate you;
- Enable social and messaging features where applicable;
- Send you notifications you have opted into;
- Respond to your inquiries and provide support;
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues;
- Comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information to serve targeted advertising.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we process personal data under the following lawful bases:
- Performance of a contract — to provide the Services you requested;
- Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve our Services, and to prevent abuse;
- Consent — for optional features such as push notifications;
- Legal obligation — where we are required to retain or disclose data.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We share information only as described in this Policy or as required by law:
- Service providers. We use third-party providers to host data, deliver notifications, and process payments. These providers process data on our behalf under contract and are described in Section 6.
- Legal compliance. We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred to the successor entity, subject to this Policy.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information for monetary consideration.
6. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following categories of third-party services to operate our products:
- Cloud hosting and database services — for storing and serving data, authentication, and server-side computation.
- Push notification delivery — to send notifications to your device through platform-native services (Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging).
- Payment processing — where a product offers paid features, payments are processed by the platform stores (Apple App Store and Google Play) and, where applicable, a subscription management provider. We do not store full payment card numbers.
- Reference data services — for products that require geographic reference data (such as city lookups), we query public reference datasets.
Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review the policies of these services.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. If you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your personal data associated with the account, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal, accounting, or security purposes.
You can request deletion of your account at any time through the account settings within our software products, or by contacting us as described in Section 13.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), row-level access controls on stored data, and restricted internal access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- Correction — request that we correct inaccurate information;
- Deletion — request that we delete your personal data;
- Portability — request a machine-readable copy of your data;
- Restriction and objection — request that we limit or stop certain processing;
- Withdraw consent — withdraw consent for processing based on consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@realizedwonder.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 16, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
11. International Data Transfers
Our Services are available worldwide, and your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, such as standard contractual clauses approved by relevant authorities.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. For material changes, we will provide notice within our products or on this Site. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
